Eight Product Owners and their squads across North America and Europe: payments, identity verification, fraud and compliance in about 27 regulated markets. Built the controls framework and risk register the organisation runs on, delivered the division's SOX remediation alongside regular delivery, and moved the department from analyst-style waterfall to real product ownership. Three Product Owners promoted.
Compliance is a design input. Treat it as a final gate and you ship late.

Promoted to run accounts for the whole firm, reporting to the CEO. P&L for about 25 client engagements a quarter (€3.4M a year), up to nine Product Owners managed while the company grew from 55 to 88 developers. New business including an R&D partnership with Deezer. Launched EcoXpress in Ireland on the ground, the first digital integration with the Irish post office.
Most projects that go wrong were sold wrong first.

Projects I designed and built myself. The status shows whether the trail is open to real users, marked and finished, or still under construction.
River sensor readings turned into multi-parameter charts per station, with downsampling for fast rendering, caching and date filters. Next version designed around a local database sync to remove API latency.
The same job as any analytics product: raw telemetry in, something a non-expert can read and act on out.

Android app that talks to the car through an ELM327 adapter over Wi-Fi: a database of 21,329 fault codes, a formula engine for live sensor values, VIN decoding. Seven-layer architecture with test doubles for the connection. Phase one complete.

Scanned family photos through a multi-stage pipeline: vision-model triage, batch colour correction in darktable, machine-learning repair of damage and faces, then metadata and archive.
A pipeline is a product too: clear stages, a quality gate at each one, and output people trust.
